2. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our online catalog, choose the desired floral arrangement, add to cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide delivery details, message to recipient and make a secure payment.

3. Can I customize my floral arrangement?

Yes, we offer customization options. For any kind of customization arrangement that you desired may choose from our webstore and look for any product with the word ‘Custom’. Or you may contact our customer service team through whatsapp to discuss your preferences, and we'll be happy to assist you in creating a personalized arrangement.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Manual Bank Transfer, BNI Virtual Account, Permata Virtual Account dan BRI Virtual Account, Mandiri Bill Payment, Gopay, QRIS, online payments from credit/debit cards from all banks with the VISA/MasterCard/JCB logo, providing you with a convenient and secure payment process.

5. How does the delivery process work?

We offer reliable delivery services around greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred delivery date and time. Please note that delivery charges may apply.

6. Do you deliver outside of Jabodetabek?

Yes, for our selection of artificial and dried collection arrangement. We also occasionally produce hampers for special occasion such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and Eid-Fitr. Contact our customer service for inquiries about deliveries beyond our standard service area.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if any) once your order has been delivered. Use this information to track the status of your delivery.

8. How do I confirm payment for Manual Bank Transfer?

For payment confirmation, you need to logged into your account and go to the payment confirmation page. Please input your order ID and then click confirm. Once your payment has been confirmed, we’ll process your order.
