* Flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability and blooming conditions.
* During peak seasons, our florists reserve the right to substitute flower types based on weekly stock availability. However, the overall design style, color palette, and look will be maintained as closely as possible to the reference.
•Fresh flowers maybe replaced with artificial flowers, or vice versa, upon request. Please note that this may affect the final price, therefore we kindly ask customers to consult with our team before confirming the order.
* For self checkout orders placed through our website, please confirm your order with our team via WhatsApp so we can check and include it in the active production queue. During peak seasons, orders come in through multiple channels (not only the website), and all orders will be consolidated and processed in one main queue.

* Di periode peak season, florist kami berhak mengganti jenis bunga sesuai dengan ketersediaan stok mingguan. Namun, gaya, warna, dan tampilan rangkaian akan tetap dijaga agar hasilnya semirip mungkin dengan contoh.
* Bunga fresh dapat diganti dengan bunga artificial, atau sebaliknya, sesuai permintaan. Perubahan ini dapat memengaruhi harga akhir, sehingga mohon konsultasi terlebih dahulu dengan tim kami sebelum order dikonfirmasi.
* Untuk order self checkout melalui website, mohon konfirmasi ulang ke tim kami via WhatsApp agar pesanan dapat kami cek dan dimasukkan ke dalam antrean produksi yang berlaku.
